Pastor Luis and his wife, Sabina, have been an impactful part in the city of Las Vegas for over 30 years. Their family started and ran a successful cleaning business in LV and CA for many years, while also serving in the local church. In 2021 Pastor Luis became the lead pastor of our Spanish Ministry. Each week, he impacts the lives of our Spanish-speaking people with the Word of God. His passion is to see many reached with the Gospel and continue growing their lives and families in the cause of Christ! Sabina serves alongside her husband in the ministry, as well as teaching Sunday School Class for the Spanish Ministry Kidz and is the Lead Coordinator of the MVBCLV Kidz Club.

Pastor Luis enjoys cooking for his family while cheering on his Dallas Cowboys! Sabina enjoys spending time with their 2 children and 3 grandchildren and is always in for a little shopping trip. Pastor Luis and Sabina are celebrating 42 years of marriage this year and are truly an astounding example of raising your family up in 'the nurture and admonition of the Lord'!

Jim and Dianna have been an instrumental part in the ministry at Mountain View for the past sixteen years. They originally found Mountain View through a Summer Kidz Event in 2005. Jim & Dianna are in charge of office administration at Mountain View. Jim leads our Music Ministry in powerful worship each week. Dianna serves as our Events Coordinator for our special and weekly events.

Jim is from Wisconsin, where he enlisted into the US Air Force. Dianna grew up in the Philippines and moved to the United States as a teenager. While working in Arizona, she met Jim who was stationed there. In October, they will have been married for 28 years. They are also the proud parents of a beautiful daughter, who is married and living in Florida. Jim enjoys a strong espresso and furthering his knowledge on a wide variety of subjects. Dianna enjoys being with friends, exploring new places, and shopping.
